July 13, 2010 Maxim Lapierre has signed a one-year, $900,000 deal to remain with the Canadiens, according to CBC's RotoTimes.com: In 76 games last season, he tallied 14 points and 61 penalty minutes. Obviously, he will not be a fantasy option in 2010-11. |

March 5, 2010 Maxim Lapierre has been dealt a four-game suspension for a late hit on Scott Nichol of the Sharks, according to RotoTimes.com: Nichol was injured from being slammed into the boards. Lapierre does not score enough to be missed while serving his suspension. |
