Newsbreakers
Malcolm Kelly, WRWednesday 7/28, 7:47 PM CT
According to the Washington Post's Rick Maese, receiver Malcolm Kelly could be unavailable for the first day of Redskins training camp on Thursday after injuring his hamstring last week.

Our View:However, the injury is not believed to be overly serious, and he is not likely to miss more than a few days. Expect an update on his condition on Thursday.
Albert Haynesworth, DTWednesday 7/28, 12:26 PM CT
Albert Haynesworth was not with the Redskins' starting defense when he reported to the team's camp today, according to NBC's Dan Hellie.

Our View:We wouldn't read much into this. It would've been disrespectful to the rest of the Redskins' players if the team's coaching staff immediately installed Haynesworth on the first-team unit after all the commotion he's caused, but you can expect him back with the first team before long.
Albert Haynesworth, DTWednesday 7/28, 9:39 AM CT
Albert Haynesworth is indeed at the Redskins' camp today and ready to work, according to the Washington Post's Jason Reid.

Our View:Reid also notes that Haynesworth is optimistic after having positive conversations with a few teammates. At least for now, things between Haynesworth and his team are smooth.
