Head coach Tom Cable has named Jason Campbell as his team's starting quarterback, according to Sports Illustrated's Jim Trotter.

RotoTimes.com: This shouldn't come as any bit of a surprise, though it remains to be seen if he'll be able to muster any fantasy value. Expect Bruce Gradkowski to serve as Campbell's backup.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Jason Campbell will undoubtedly be the Raiders' starting quarterback to open the 2010 season.

RotoTimes.com: No surprise here. Campbell represents a huge upgrade over the floundering Jason Campbell and is a more reliable and healthy option than Bruce Gradkowski. The Chronicle's beat writer Vittorio Tafur states that "anyone who doesn't think it will be Jason Campbell is wrong", and we can't argue with him. He won't be a hot fantasy commodity, but has a chance to make the Raiders better this year.

The Redskins have traded Jason Campbell to Oakland for a fourth-round pick in the 2012 draft, according to ESPN.com.

RotoTimes.com: Oakland also signed Campbell to a one-year extension with a $4.5 million deal for 2011. Campbell will come into Oakland and compete alongside Bruce Gradkowski and JaMarcus Russell for the right to start at quarterback. It should be an interesting competition, though Campbell would seem to be the early favorite.

According to the Washington Post, the "widespread belief" in Washington is that quarterback Jason Campbell will be traded during next week's draft for a "low" pick.

RotoTimes.com: Many teams should be interested in Campbell as a fill-in starter or experienced back-up, and it seems unlikely he will still be in Washington once the draft reaches its conclusion.

Jason Campbell, who signed his restricted free agent contract tender on Monday, is a "good candidate to be moved on draft day," according to the Washington Post's Rick Maese.

RotoTimes.com: Teams that miss out on a quarterback on draft day could deal picks to Washington for Campbell as a fallback option. It's a very likely scenario.
