March 9, 2010 Channing Frye has been suspended one game by the NBA for his involvement in a fight between the Pacers and Suns on Saturday, according to RotoTimes.com: Frye threw a punch at Danny Granger, who also received a one-game suspension for retaliating. Frye will miss Friday's game against the Lakers as a result and be back on the court Sunday against New Orleans. |

January 26, 2010 Channing Frye scored 20 points with five rebounds, four three-pointers and two blocks off the bench in an overtime loss to Charlotte on Tuesday. RotoTimes.com: Frye has lost his starting gig to Robin Lopez but has still topped 15 points three of his last four games while averaging two blocks and nearly four threes per night. Needless to say, he should still be held onto for fantasy purposes. |

The 22 points were his most since he put up 25 on November 1st, and he shattered his season average of 12.4. It's unfortunate that his efforts didn't bring home a win for the Suns. |
