According to the New York Post's Marc Berman, Raymond Felton is officially a New York Knick.

RotoTimes.com: His deal is guaranteed for the next two seasons for $15.8 million, with it looking like there will be one or more option years tacked on. Playing in Mike D'Antoni's high-octane offense, he's a good bet to post career highs across the board in 2010-11. He shouldn't be ignored in any fantasy league.

Raymond Felton's agent is saying that the guard has agreed agreed in principle to sign with the Knicks, according to Marc Spears of Yahoo.

RotoTimes.com: Reportedly, the contract won't be for longer than three years, and the details are still being hammered out. The Knicks have plenty of dough to blow, and they're in no position to be ultra-picky after missing out on LeBron.

According to Yahoo! Sports, the Knicks are "close to signing point guard Raymond Felton to multi-year deal."

RotoTimes.com: Of course they are. With nothing but cash to burn after tanking the past two seasons, the Knicks will now likely sign any player they can get after getting spurned by LeBron James. That being said, Felton would be a decent addition, and figures to put up great fantasy numbers in coach Mike D'Antoni's high-octane offense.
