The Bulls' dealing of Kirk Hinrich to the Wizards became official on Thursday, according to the Washington Post's Michael Lee.

RotoTimes.com: We all knew this was coming for a few weeks, but it didn't become official until today. Hinrich is a fine all-around player without any real weaknesses, and his fantasy value will likely come down to playing time. If Gilbert Arenas stays in Washington, the minutes will be tough to come by.

The Bulls have a deal in place with the Wizards that would move Kirk Hinrich and their 17th pick in tonight's draft to Washington, according to ESPN.com.

RotoTimes.com: It's unclear what the Bulls would be getting back, and this deal can't be made official until July 8, when the Wizards would have enough cap space to absorb Hinrich's contract. The clear motivation for Chicago here is that, without the burden of Hinrich's contract, they'd have enough money for two, not just one, max-contract free agents. Such freedom of cap space would make them even more ideal of a landing spot for LeBron James.

Kirk Hinrich was good for 27 points, five rebounds and five assists on Thursday as the Bulls shocked the Cavs with a 108-106 win.

RotoTimes.com: The Bulls trimmed their series deficit to 2-1 thanks largely in part to Hinrich's shooting. He made 9-of-12 field goals and was a perfect 4-for-4 from downtown. Derrick Rose led the Bulls with 31 points, and Joakim Noah picked up ten points and 15 rebounds.
