Chris Bosh wants to play alongside LeBron James, but would like to do so somewhere other than Cleveland, according to CBS Sports.

RotoTimes.com: There are a couple of factors in play here. First off, the Raptors can offer Bosh about $30 million more than any other team, and given that Bosh does not want to leave that money on the table, he wants to go somewhere else in a sign-and-trade, as opposed to simply signing with another team. With that said, he'll need the Raptors to cooperate in a deal. They would apparently be willing to do a deal with Cleveland if they got back a package with Anderson Varejao, though Bosh doesn't want to play in Cleveland. He wouldn't mind playing with Dwyane Wade either, but the Heat apparently don't have enough roster pieces to attract the Raptors. Both the Bulls and Nets would be able to put together packages of the Raptors' liking, but if LeBron and Wade stay put, it sounds like Bosh wouldn't want to join either of those two teams. It looks like we'll have to continue to wait and see how this all plays out.
July 6, 2010
The Cavaliers and LeBron James are apparently trying to convince Chris Bosh to come to Cleveland, according to ESPN's Chris Broussard.

RotoTimes.com: The Cavaliers wouldn't have enough money to sign Bosh if they are able to ink LeBron beforehand, though the Raptors are apparently willing to do a sign-and-trade. This news would tend to indicate that LeBron is leaning toward staying in Cleveland, and we'll have to wait and see if Bosh is willing to join him.
July 5, 2010
Chris Bosh is expected to wait for LeBron James to make his decision before deciding where to sign, according to the Toronto Star.

RotoTimes.com: LeBron is not expected to announce any decision before Thursday morning, so the same can be said for Bosh. A sign-and-trade remains a likely scenario, so that Bosh can get the maximum amount of money while the Raptors can get players back.
July 3, 2010
The Raptors started souring on a sign-and-trade Chris Bosh deal on Friday, according to Brian Windhorst of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

RotoTimes.com: Without a sign-and-trade deal, Bosh would limit his potential options along with losing millions of dollars. A deal with the Raptors isn't dead yet, but his recent behavior has turned the team off for now.
July 1, 2010
The Rockets are putting a full-court press on free agent forward Chris Bosh, according to the Houston Chronicle.

RotoTimes.com: Team GM Daryl Morey was tweeting his praises on early Thursday morning, while the club met with him shorty after midnight. A legitimate dark-horse in the pursuit of his services, they are still likely behind the likes of the Heat, Bulls and Knicks.
June 30, 2010
Reports around the internet claiming that the Heat and Raptors have a deal in place that send Chris Bosh as part of a sign-and-trade are apparently false, according to the Globe and Mail.

RotoTimes.com: The deal, which was reported by ESPN's Dan LeBetard, would send Michael Beasley, Mario Chalmers and Joel Anthony, though the Globe and Mail contradicts that it is in fact in place. Bosh may well end up in Miami, but it's tough to put much weight into anything that's reported before free agency officially commences tomorrow.
June 28, 2010
According to the Houston Chronicle, the Rockets "still believe they have a shot" at landing free agent forward, and Texas native, Chris Bosh.

RotoTimes.com: However, they are considered a long-shot. Although a Rockets team with Bosh on it would be a shoo-in for the playoffs, he would find himself in a situation very similar to the one he was in up north in Toronto - a great player on a team that could never really contend for a title. It's extremely unlikely he will sign somewhere this offseason that does not already have another superstar in tow.
June 25, 2010
Free agent to be Chris Bosh says he is waiting on the decision of LeBron James before deciding where to sign this summer, according to the New York Post. "I think everyone has to," was his exact quote.

RotoTimes.com: This is a change of tune from earlier this offseason, when Bosh openly bristled at the notion that he was simply a potential sidekick for LeBron, or a back-up plan for teams that missed out on King James. It sounds like he has now acknowledged reality, however.
May 23, 2010
TSN believes a big factor in where Chris Bosh will sign this summer is endorsement money, meaning the Raptors will have a hard time competing with Los Angeles, Chicago and New York for its home-grown superstar.

RotoTimes.com: Bosh has always been underexposed during his NBA career, and that surely has a lot to do with the fact that he has played north of the border. Expect him to come south this summer.
May 22, 2010
According to ESPN's Ric Bucher, Chris Bosh has little intention of returning to Toronto next season, and will most likely end up with a new team via a sign-and-trade.

RotoTimes.com: Bucher also says the Nets, in addition to the Bulls, Knicks, Lakers and Heat, were on the "wish list" Bosh gave to Toronto. Stay tuned.
May 22, 2010
Raptors general manager Bryan Colangelo has acknowledged that star power forward Chris Bosh has given the club a list of teams he would accept a sign-and-trade to, according to the Toronto Star.

RotoTimes.com: ESPN reported his list as including the Lakers, Bulls, Knicks and Heat. However, Bosh has also not ruled out a return to Toronto. Expect the team to do everything it can to keep him this summer.
May 21, 2010
ESPN.com reports that Chris Bosh has given the Raptors a list of four teams that he would prefer to sign with. If the Raptors can come to an agreement, Bosh could get a longer and more lucrative deal via a sign-and-trade. His desired landing spots are with the Lakers, Heat, Knicks, and Bulls. He also listed the Raptors indicating that he would consider staying in Toronto. Finally, a source told Chad Ford that he would sign with Chicago or New York if James were to sign in one of those two cities.

RotoTimes.com: No big surprises here, except the the Rockets and Thunder were left off the list. Both teams have been rumored to be after Bosh this summer, but this likely hurts their chances.
April 19, 2010
Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo maintains that his top priority this offseason is to re-sign Chris Bosh, according to The Toronto Star. He also mentioned that Bosh would be open to a possible sign-and-trade.

RotoTimes.com: Bosh could make substantially more money in a sign-and-trade deal and the Raps could get something in return. It seems unlikely Bosh remains in Toronto, but his value should remain high whether he's a No. 1 or No. 2 player on his next team.
April 15, 2010
Chris Bosh is uncertain about his future with the Raptors, according to the New York Times.

RotoTimes.com: The elite power forward is slated to become an unrestricted free agent this summer. Bosh wants to play for a contender, and Toronto was beat out by Chicago for the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference. The Knicks are among the teams that are believed to make a run at Bosh.

April 7, 2010
According to NBA.com, Raptors forward Chris Bosh "underwent successful surgery (on Wednesday) to repair a displaced nasal fracture." He will stay in the hospital overnight on Wednesday, and has no set return date.

RotoTimes.com: It's possible he could be done for the season. Awful news for a team desperately trying to hold onto a playoff spot. If he's out any longer than a few days, he should be dropped in all formats. Stay tuned.
April 7, 2010
Chris Bosh will not suit up against Boston tonight after suffering multiple fractures to the right side of his face last night, according to TSN.ca.

RotoTimes.com: It remains unclear when Bosh will be back, though with four games left after tonight and currently just one game ahead of Chicago for the final playoff spot in the East, you have to believe Toronto will get him back out on the court as soon as possible.
April 6, 2010

April 6, 2010

"Everybody starts with, 'Well, apparently you're not trading Bosh, so can we talk about so-and-so?' Our intention is, we're not going to move him, so we're not discussing a scenario (that includes Bosh being traded)." A fairly emphatic answer. At least for the rest of the season, expect Bosh to stay north of the border.
